• 2009 Annual Posting of Board of Supervisors Regular Meetings
   
• Regular meetings of the Board of Supervisors are scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month 7:00 p.m., to attend to the general business of the Township.
   
• Special meetings  of the Board of Supervisors are scheduled and posted anytime the Board needs to meet regarding Township business (for example for Road Inspection).
   
• A Public Hearing needs to be scheduled to address variances (for example setback issues) and when the Board of Supervisors acts as the Board of Appointments and Appeals.
  
  Owners of property near the property in question shall be notified at least 10 days prior to the hearing with guidelines established in the Township's Ordinance. 
   
• Special Hearing Fees: The fee for special hearings of the Board of Supervisors is $95.00 for publishing costs if the public hearing is held the night of the regular meeting, or $420.00 hearing fee plus $95.00 fee for publishing for hearing held on a night other than a regular meeting night. 
  
   

Planning Commission Meetings

• Meeting Minutes
   
• Regular meetings of the Planning Commission are scheduled for the last Monday of each month, at 7:30 p.m.  The Planning Commission guides the public in following guidelines of Township ordinances.
   
• Public Hearings of the Planning Commission are required to address various issues, for example Conditional Use Permits, (for instance, for operating a home occupied business where required, or for moving a house or building onto an existing lot), Interim Use Permits, and zoning issues (such as rezoning or amendments to zoning). 
  
  The hearings will be published at least 10 days prior to the hearing, and will be posted at the official posting sites. 
  
  Owners of property near the property in question shall be notified at least 10 days prior to the hearing, with guidelines established in the Township's Ordinance.
   
• Special Hearing Fees:  The fee for Planning Commission special meetings or hearings is $95.00 for publishing costs if held the night of a regular meeting, or $200.00 hearing fee plus $95.00 fee for publishing for hearing held on a night other than a regular meeting night.
